Fall Equinox Ecstatic Dance in Petoskey
Celebrate the Fall Equinox with embodied community! In collaboration with Hilary Lake, we are producing a day of reflection, movement, and embracing change. Movement workshop with Ben Cheney, then an Ecstatic Dance with live percussion by Sisters of the Drum.
Transformational Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Reiki Workshop
Infinora breathwork sessions are more than just a practice—they are a journey into your own depths, a space where breath becomes the bridge between body, mind, and spirit. Through guided techniques, sound, and intention, you’ll move beyond daily stress and into a state of profound clarity, relaxation, and empowerment.
90-minutes of supported meditation with live acoustic, ambient sounds.
Art Beats
Twirl, swirl, color, and craft! Express yourself to the beat of the drum. During this one-hour session, participants will explore multiple ways to express and create, through sounds, colors, and movement.
Creative Dance Explorations (Ecstatic Dance Warmups)
Creative Dance Lessons
Before each Ecstatic Dance meetup, with the goal to introduce more ideas into your movement vocabulary (and be really silly along the way).
Lessons will be based on concepts from Creative Dance and Improvisation.
Outdoor Rhythm Improv
Facilitated drum circle games using a variety of hand percussion and frame drums.
No experience necessary, everyone is welcome as long as you are willing to play.
Feel free to bring your own drums & percussion.
We will gather in an outdoor location (TC area) throughout the summer months.
